Hi,I'm Lin, but most of my friends call me Alice.Here’s Why I Started RadiantDiary.

Before RadiantDiary, I spent over a decade in the corporate world. It was fast, demanding, and taught me a lot about how to get things done.

Then I became a mom. And like so many of us, I hit pause on my career to soak up those fleeting, precious early years with my little one. But here’s what I didn’t expect: in the quiet hours (usually during 3 AM feedings), I found myself falling back in love with something I’d always been obsessed with—beauty. Not the overwhelming, “you need this” kind of beauty. But the kind that makes you feel like you again.

I started digging into the beauty scene coming out of my home country, China. And what I found genuinely excited me. There are small, passionate labs and founders here creating formulas with a level of thoughtfulness and innovation that I hadn't encountered before. These weren't just products—they were labors of love, crafted with care and a deep understanding of what makes beauty rituals feel special.

But outside of China? Nobody knew about them.

So RadiantDiary became my personal project—my way of sharing these discoveries with the world.

This isn’t a giant store with thousands of products. It’s a carefully curated collection of the Chinese beauty finds I actually use, love, and believe in. Every single thing here has passed my “mom test”: Is it pure? Does it actually work? Will it bring a little joy to someone’s daily routine?

I handle everything—the selecting,  the packing. If you email me, it’s me (Alice) who writes back.

We offer global free shipping and handle the customs because I want discovering something new to feel easy, not stressful.
