Before First Use: How to Prep Your Concealer Palette
• Activate the formula before applying – especially when using it for the first time or in cold weather.

When you first open the palette or the temperature drops, the surface may feel a bit firm due to natural oil solidification – this is completely normal. To get the best performance, follow these steps to “activate” the concealer
Step 1: Use your fingertip to swirl gently in a circular motion to warm up the balm.
Step 2: Press down on the surface to bring the oils to the top, then pick up the product.

• If you see tiny “sweat” beads on the surface – don’t worry.

The concealer contains nourishing oils. In hot weather, these oils may rise to the surface and form small droplets (often called “sweating” or “dew drops”). This is completely normal and does not affect quality.
Simply let the palette sit at room temperature for a few hours to cool down, and the texture will return to normal – no need to use it right away.
